You MUST come here for the meal of the day, 'menú del día' €15.50! For my first course, I had a coca bread with 'escolibada' with tuna; my second course was a hearty grilled steak baked pork cheek; and for dessert a premium 'crema catalana'. A beer with lemon, 'clara', was also included in this absolutely scrumptious, generously portioned, catalan meal.

The place is not the biggest one neither the most beautiful, but this restaurant is great. The food is very tasty, and the service is excellent. They have different kinda of menu, even on weekends, so the price is affordable.

Very nice lokal restoran, a few minutes from the park Guell. Friendly stuff, tasty food. From 13:00- 16:00 is only food from menu available but you have few choises for 2 courses menu.

Such a memorable meal. We had a sunday lunch from the set menu. Whilst we spoke almost no spanish and they spoke a little more English, they were very friendly and accomodating. Always a good sign when the restaraunt is full of locals. Would definitely reccomend.

We went for lunch after visiting Park Güell. They have menu in English, French and German. There were many locals having their lunch there and they seem quite close to the owner. We chose the set menu with 2 dishes, a drink and dessert. The food were very flavourful and delicious. It was well worth it for €11,50 for each person. Recommended dish: paella & beef loin

I really like this local restaurant away from the tourist areas. The prices are reasonable—around €20 per person on average. The place was filled with local elderly patrons, which made me feel it’s very authentic. The owner even ran out to wish us a Happy New Year as we were leaving. Highly recommended!

Very authentic and local place, great prices and huge portions
